The Kansas City Chiefs have received the largest amount of money slotted towards the rookie pool. Carl Peterson's men ended the draft with 12 draftees including two 1st rounders, one 2nd rounder and three 3rd rounders.
The team has been alotted $8,221,790 for the incoming rookies.
In contrast, the Cleveland Browns have been given a rookie pool of $1,789,980 to sign their 5 draft picks, none of which were in the first 3 rounds.

With 12 draft picks the Kansas City Chiefs will certainly need all of that money. Rookie 1st rounders Glenn Dorsey and Brandon Albert will eat up a chunk of that pool. Dorsey is the #5 overall pick which could command upwards of $50 million. Brandon Albert is projected to play LT in the NFL which is the 2nd highest paid position in football.The Atlanta Falcons ended up with the second highest total at $7,918,670. They had four selections among the first 68 picks, including two first-rounders. They had six picks in the first 98.
The Miami Dolphins signed Michigan tackle Jake Long to a five-year, $57.75 million deal that had a $3 million cap number. That contract left $3.538,400 for the other eight draft choices, which include two seconds and a third.
